Sublette 365 proudly presents the return of Hops + Harmony for its sixth year, featuring an exciting lineup of more than 15 craft breweries from across Northern Illinois and Chicago.
Each year, Hops & Harmony gets bigger and better. This year’s headliner is none other than Phil Vassar, one of country music’s most enduring voices. Over the past 25 years, Vassar has released nine albums, scored ten No. 1 hits, and landed 27 Top 40 singles—including favorites like “Carlene,” “Six-Pack Summer,” and the beloved “Just Another Day in Paradise.” Known for his dynamic, piano-driven shows, Vassar has performed around the world, entertained presidents, and shared the stage with legends such as Merle Haggard and Willie Nelson, all while building a loyal fanbase.
Kicking off the evening is Illinois native Drew Baldridge. Baldridge made history with his breakout hit, “She’s Somebody’s Daughter,” which became the first independently released debut single to reach No. 1 on the Country Aircheck/Mediabase chart, released through his own Lyric Ridge Records. The RIAA Gold-certified ballad has racked up more than 1.1 billion streams and impressions, and remains the highest-charting self-funded song ever on the Billboard Country Airplay chart.
Riding that momentum, Baldridge signed with BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville/Stoney Creek and followed up with another Top 10 single, “Tough People.” His latest track, “Get Me Gone,” featuring Emily Ann Roberts, hints at even more great music on the horizon. Recently, Baldridge was named to the CRS New Faces Class of 2025, recognized as an iHeart On the Verge artist, and honored as MusicRow’s Independent Artist of the Year.
